Ishagaki Update: 0.4.7 - Shibboleth IdP 3.4.5

Time for another update to Ishigaki, a containerised Shibboleth IdP for use with Docker and Kubernetes.

Ishigaki is now using Shibboleth IdP 3.4.5, a patch update that brings various bug fixes and a fix for potential leaks of site-specific identifiers.
